Facet is led by directors Zak Stockley and Travers Nuttall, whose complementary expertise spans development strategy, planning and project delivery. Together they bring more than three decades of combined experience across major residential and urban regeneration projects.

Director
Zak brings strong commercial and operational leadership to Facet.
His career includes senior development roles across acquisitions, project delivery and capital structuring. Prior to founding Facet, Zak served as Head of Glenvill Developments, where he led a development pipeline exceeding $1.8 billion in end value. His experience spans the full development lifecycle — from acquisition and feasibility through to construction delivery.
Travers Nuttall
Director
Travers specialises in planning strategy and the delivery of complex urban renewal projects.
Across two decades in the industry, he has led planning approvals, stakeholder engagement and project delivery across major residential developments. Travers brings a calm, considered approach to navigating the planning process and guiding projects toward successful delivery.
